Memorial Park car show Not only did the select few from the after-school auto club get to attend the show, but students from Mi Animo and Sí Se Puede made an adventure out of the late April trip, as well. Gear heads found a way to learn and plan for other vehicle activities. |

In early Spring of 2004, interested professionals joined Mi Animo Prevention in designing add-ons to the after-school program. Robert Mathis, 4-H Extension Agent, and Carol Pastore, 4-H Horse instructor, attended an initial brainstorming.

These two gear heads take a break from the hot sun in Colorado Springs. They have enjoyed planning the valve cover model workshops and race.
